Justin Trimble President
Over the last two decades, Justin has handled property claims in restoration and as an adjuster. Justin helped found ETCA to strengthen East Texas’ insurance community. As President, he focuses on connecting industry professionals through education, networking, and collaboration.
Holly Morgan VP1 - Membership
Holly is an insurance professional committed to strengthening collaboration across the claims industry. With experience bridging production and claims, she is passionate about building stronger relationships between agents, adjusters, and industry partners.
Keith Eggleston VP2 - Education
With more than 20 years of adjusting experience, Keith brings extensive claims knowledge and leadership as the owner of an independent adjusting firm. As VP of Education, he focuses on sharing industry knowledge and creating educational opportunities that help ETCA members grow professionally.
Tiffany O’Neal VP3 - Programs
Tiffany brings experience in sales and business development with Rainbow Restoration, building relationships throughout the insurance and restoration industries. As VP of Programs, she focuses on creating engaging events and opportunities that strengthen professional connections and support ETCA’s continued growth.
Kassie Brown Secretary
Kassie brings experience in office management, property claims, supplements, recoverable depreciation, and customer service. As Secretary, she supports ETCA’s mission by helping connect industry professionals and create opportunities for networking, education, and stronger relationships throughout the East Texas claims community.
James “Jay” Fair Treasurer
Jay brings 12 years of property adjusting experience along with a strong background in sales and customer service. As Treasurer, he is passionate about connecting industry professionals while helping build a strong financial foundation that allows ETCA to grow and give back to the community.
